Help from wherever you are

Start planning before you arrive.

  • Military on the Move®

A program for service members, offered by participating LeadingRE firms.

  • Relocation counseling

Planning built around your timeline and your household.

  • Temporary housing

A place to stay if you arrive before your new home is ready.

Planning from afar

Questions to answer when you are buying before you arrive.

  • Buy before or after you arrive?

Decide whether you are comfortable buying before you see a home in person, or would rather visit or rent first.

  • How firm is your report date?

Orders and job start dates set the pace. Build in time in case closing and arrival do not line up.

  • What can you review from home?

Listings, photos and community information can narrow your choices before a visit.

  • Who can see homes for you?

Ask how your agent can help you learn about a home you have not walked through.

Moving from afar
